I am a senior Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience working in NHS clinical and leadership roles across specialist trauma, maternity and neonatal, and parent-infant relationship settings. I offer face-to-face and online therapy specialising in the perinatal period to support parents, often alongside maternity professionals, or during NHS review and complaints processes. I will meet you with an open heart to hear your story and work together to understand and find a way through.
Qualifications: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (HCPC registered), PhD, BSc (Hons)
Therapeutic approach: I work relationally with an open, non-judgemental approach to earn and build therapeutic trust. I collaboratively integrate therapeutic approaches based on a client's goals to fit their needs. I actively work to therapeutically support and strengthen relationships between parents and their babies. I bring a strengths and values-based approach to therapy with robust, evidence-based psychological interventions.
