I am a qualified counsellor with many years’ experience registered and accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have a special interest in working with men and women around the difficulties related to:

• infertility

• pregnancy loss/stillbirth/miscarriages

• birth fear and trauma

• ante-natal and post-natal depression

• challenges of new parenthood

My ethos is to respond to individual needs, anxieties and distress, providing a safe space in which to work through concerns. It is my hope that through working together, counselling can help bring you relief from emotional distress, improve your relationships and help you to make constructive changes. My qualifications are:

• Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling

• Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling

• Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling

• Diploma in Clinical Supervision

I abide by BACP's Code of Ethics. My work is supervised in accordance with professional requirements and covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. I offer a non-judgemental and confidential service in a relaxed and quiet setting. I work in St Albans and can offer day or evening appointments in-person or via Zoom. My fee is £50 per session.
