About us
Our award-winning clinical negligence team has a wealth of experience to support you, and our focus is to ensure that you and your family have everything you need to achieve the best possible quality of life post-trauma. We are one of only a handful of firms who hold a Legal Aid franchise due to our expertise, quality of service and reputation in this field.
We are passionate about effecting change, and continually campaign for change and improvement in medical care to prevent avoidable mistakes, injuries and accidents from happening in the future.
If a misdiagnosis is made or a procedure is performed incorrectly, this can have painful and devastating consequences. Substandard treatment, poor technique and a failure to follow established guidelines can cause serious complications.
In cases relating to children, our work is dedicated to ensuring parents are fully supported with a view to maximising your child's potential, and to securing an award to ensure your child has the best possible quality of life in the long-term and the ability to live as independently as possible. We are able to offer our services on a no win no fee basis, which means there will be no financial risk if your or your child's case is unsuccessful.
We deal with a range of claims including but not limited to
Brachial Plexus
Cerebral Palsy
Ectopic Pregnancy

As a specialist in Mental Capacity Law and Court of Protection work, Eve acts as a professional Deputy, attorney and trustee. Her work is about solving problems and getting families back to as normal life as possible.

How we can help
We have a dedicated team relating to Birth Trauma Association enquires. We will discuss with you what happened, what you consider went wrong and the impact it has had on yours and your family's lives.
We will support you to make a formal complaint and take the time to discuss with you any documents provided by the trust regarding the care provided to you and/or your baby.
If you would like to go ahead with a legal claim and there are sufficient merits to proceed, you will then be assigned a dedicated medical negligence lawyer who will support you throughout the legal case.
Our work is dedicated to ensuring parents are fully supported with a view to maximising your child's potential, and to securing an award to ensure your child has the best possible quality of life in the long-term.
We offer Legal Aid funding for appropriate cases, and we will provide full advice as to how best to proceed based on the individual circumstances of a case.
